**Paused for the user's Ubuntu26.04/WSL2 installation and reboot.** Read
[the reboot handoff](REBOOT_HANDOFF_20260911.md) first. It supersedes active-build
and active-agent statements below. The build is stopped; both WIP worktrees and
the open raw SA State draft are preserved. Wait for the user's post-reboot return.
Updated 2026-09-11, coordination through Gitea #245 and issue2. This ledger describes the
Codex-956atf checkout; external-host evidence is labeled separately. The entire
previous ledger is preserved [byte-for-byte](history/2026-09-10-ledgers-before-continuation-refresh/STATE.md).
