**Post-reboot:** the user confirmed restart; fresh Windows boot13:41:27UTC is
verified and saved checkpointfb77b85 was clean. Desktop session93786 had been
interrupted during dependency compilation; no test result exists. Current work
is the reviewed Unicode capsule clipping correction and cached Windows gate,
plus ordinary Ubuntu26.04 installation because no distro was yet registered.
The old [resume instructions](RESUME.md) preserve the exact interruption context.
**Release remains incomplete.** This is the new Codex-ytr83r Windows checkout.
It started clean at `ff615d0`; no local compiled desktop or native acceptance
is claimed for the combined source at this checkpoint.
