The complete original PLAN.md is byte-preserved with the archive manifest. Its decisions, rationale, examples and historical evidence remain available; relative links inside it resolve from the original harness/ directory.

Use STATE.md for the verified branch checkpoint, DECISIONS.md for durable decisions, and PROJECT_GOAL.md for the unchanged user requirements. Do not repeat the migration or revive the duplicated live ledger.
