Navigation and source selection: closed native440 checkpoint
The Windows trial on 44095f78c2 closed normally
with saved source invariants intact. It also found a P2 Details-to-Preview
viewport loss, preserved in frames043–045. That failure remains part of this
checkpoint. No later scroll correction, final feature acceptance, fresh-package
acceptance, or release is claimed here.
The independent final review inspected all24 new frames056–079 in addition to the39 images covered by the unchanged partial review. It checked all14 immutable saved snapshots, complete file inventories and raw oracle bindings, then compared all four final work trees after closure with their latest snapshots. The two reports distinguish actual images, operator notes, source checks, and recorded process observations. They retain their original local-only wording; this portable copy makes their evidence reviewable once the parent publishes this commit.
Observed scope
| Workflow | Actual evidence and bounded outcome |
|---|---|
| Source selection and alias rename | Operational Word/Line replacement and restoration; six-token alias-only preview, Cancel, acceptance, Save, Undo/Redo, and project reopen. Seven saved snapshots equal either the complete baseline or an independently reconstructed six-token expectation. Source↔diagram and chooser/Find dismissal retain the demonstrated target and recover deliberate invalid drafts. |
| Placement and state row | Compact placement UUID de1e7e00-0000-4000-8000-000000000029 is hidden, restored, hidden and finally restored while its represented work remains. Five saved snapshots establish the expected two removed states and three exact baselines. Both state-row Delete dialogs name relation UUID ending0036 and are cancelled; actual state-row deletion is not claimed. |
| Lifecycle integration smoke | OA1 selects the exposed outer activation, inner endpoint, creation capsule and deletion cross as distinct occurrences. SA2 samples Unicode containment and selected outer activation at100% and Fit87%; a tooltip partly obscures the Fit header. SA6 shows unresolved-lifetime cues. The four-file final fixture snapshot is exact baseline. |
| Repeated/nested topology navigation | The chooser distinguishes OA first/second occurrences; revealing the second selects oa_r2, and Open source/F12/Back reaches its exact occurrence/use/definition identities. SA nested navigation agrees on sa_inner/sa_a across chooser, canvas, tree and Inspector. Both source files remain exact baseline. |
The scroll failure is a same-destination review interruption: after deliberate scrolling, Full details→Preview returns to the top while the proposal/file/hunk remain unchanged. Separately reviewed correction bebf and subsequent test work belong to another source/gate sequence and are not native accepted by this trial. Initial Delete after placement navigation was also ineffective until an explicit canvas click; that bounded focus friction remains an unresolved usability/policy question. Absence of a placement-hide confirmation is intentional, not a defect.
Provenance and closure
The launch receipt binds the original staged GUI:
117,171,712 bytes, SHA256
95f0c3e9ea1521dbc555e5330f26e105bd9065b9fb4207980f6d7ae62d2ef99a.
The build profile is unoptimized development. All72 staged payloads matched
the original manifest at independent readback. The original successful build
and its actual Cargo artifact/profile records are referenced from the
cccd Windows archive; all615
recorded source inputs matched440 Git bytes. These build records are reused
without relabeling their source or duplicating large evidence.
The oracle remains source e1240295bd, binary
SHA256 8937a59a0e1c51619087b43ab059a6e9af3eef9d69dd2735601143ece3452ada.
Its exact111 core/config/lock inputs match both e124 and440 Git blobs. The oracle
compares the complete Project and exact SourceBundle; removal uses core Delete
and its ordinary source patch, while the six-token source expectation is also
reconstructed independently from fixed baseline offsets. Expected fixture
warnings remain in raw stderr; a comparator pass does not mean warning-free
engineering content. No parser, oracle or GUI was rerun for this archive.
Closure records owned GUI PID6772 exiting0 at 2026-09-13T10:20:14.983254Z, unchanged stage and empty stdout/stderr. The supervisor log contains the same terminal record. The hash-bound launcher waits for its child before writing closure; no supervisor failure record was present. The parent separately observed terminal94544's exit0 and the missing native window; the independent reviewer did not perform a fresh process/UI inspection. Normal closure is established by the saved owned-process evidence, not inferred from a launch or screenshot.
Limits and portable verification
This trial does not establish the corrected scroll behavior, automatic keyboard focus after chooser navigation, native port targeting, new-file creation, Up cycling, every geometry/accessibility/scale state, all lifecycle scenarios, general modal/race behavior, optimized performance, Linux, schema8, complete OA/SA semantics, or fresh extracted-package GUI/REST acceptance. Historical geometry evidence and automated gates retain their own source pins.
The manifest preserves exact original bytes for79 notes,78 JPEGs,
14 checkpoint trees and raw records, baselines/expected fixtures, closure/launch,
reviews, audit and necessary helper/binding source. Its15 external references
are pinned to cccd66c5d5 and checked against Git.
Run the explicit-check, optimization-rejecting verifier as described
in the README. It checks portable bytes and receipts only; it cannot
upgrade the known failure or skipped scope into acceptance. Root owns integration
and publication; no live task ledger or user-owned specification is changed.
