Release 3: contextual authoring Windows preview
is public, draft false and prerelease true. It includes Studio, the optional
REST server, examples, offline help and dependency notices. Extract the complete
ZIP and run arcadia-studio.exe; keep libunwind.dll beside the executables.
Full OA/SA release acceptance remains incomplete. Linux work is user-paused.
Artifact and source
Tag v0.2.0-preview.contextual.20260911 points exactly to
b2c3e54001fc19a05423bcd5808ceea78d13ff59, confirmed through Git and Gitea REST.
Exact raw-input reconstruction is
d5650309a93f3d590a41f8a8f0322c6500568f69; later instruction synchronization
on its branch does not redefine this frozen commit. GUI5657 and unchanged EFEE
server retain their distinct development-profile build histories.

It contains 559 files, is 32,775,691 bytes, and has SHA256

The public notes and attached validation record disclose raw reconstruction,
server reuse, known UI gaps, missing semantic/peer integration and Linux pause.
Verification and publication sequence
- Preparation preserved 238 GUI inputs, 120 server files, notices and exact Git checkout.
- Independent review passed 5,231 artifact and 1,800 packaged-server checks.
- Native package acceptance passed real Home/help/Open/contextual Create/Save/Close, complete model/three source files/original identities, and all 559 unchanged package files.
- Broader GUI5657 native acceptance and full 679 desktop tests retain their separate frozen-build scopes.
- Independent publication-text review found no material error; Gitea issue 1 comment 405 records the exact reviewed notes and validation hashes.
Draft release 3 was created at 16:53:21 UTC. The first ZIP upload connection was reset by the remote host before an attachment response. A fresh attachment listing was empty. One retry uploaded all three files and downloaded every byte for comparison, completing at 16:58:02 UTC. No duplicate asset was created.
The first draft-publication request returned HTTP 500 with an empty Gitea error message. API readback retained draft true and no tag. The tag API then reported the name already existed, while API and Git still showed no actual tag ref. Root created only the reserved tag through a nonforce Git push to the verified checkpoint; exact remote readback passed at 17:03:18 UTC. Publication then completed successfully, preserving the same assets/body/target. No existing release or tag was overwritten. A transient failed MCP issue comment was absent on readback; later publication comment 406 succeeded and consolidated the result.
Gitea's returned created_at/published_at became 16:04:30 UTC, the target
commit's time. The actual successful publication/readback was 17:03:29 UTC;
the receipt preserves both values. Server metadata is not presented as the
observed execution time.
