Corrected navigation native trial v3 — partial success, new P1

Raw evidence for GUI SHA256 5478e783986579bbd2644694276154a19bc6a252d01af22292fe16433caa724f, source eeeaa1262748800c4c9aaa1eca79a7de96757358. Root operated the native trial; Codex-9e8r6t /root/release_audit copied and checked the frozen files. This archive is not full native or release acceptance: Apply all after source repair displayed a false saved state while disk still contained a broken include.

manifest.json maps 180 raw payloads (5,694,855 bytes) to their original repository-relative paths and SHA256s. Its SHA256 is f9a003211d67e9b6caf19ddeee79feda1ec57f8ab69889543e176acb08d25fea. readback.json records byte identity and static receipt/checkpoint checks. The manifest covers payloads, not these generated controls (README.md, .gitattributes, manifest.json, readback.json). The nested * -text rule preserves bytes throughout this directory, including original JPEG and source newlines.

Original trial root: .local/text-navigation-native-20260911-v3/. Top-level JSON/logs, screenshots and five preserved checkpoint directories retain the same relative paths. helpers/ maps to .local/text-navigation-desktop-20260911/: original native_v3.py, capture_repair_disk.py, and the prewritten native-v3-engineering-expectations.json. The original helper paths remain unchanged inside the copies; these files document what ran and are not relocated runnable launchers.

• Screenshots 01–23 cover the original navigation/input corrections and explicit final valid Save. 24–37 cover ambiguous/missing-include scope, explicit choice and repair/Apply/Save. 38–52 cover engineering navigation and final Save. There are 52 metadata captures and 53 original JPEG frames; capture 13 has two frames. No image was re-encoded.
• Four final oracle receipts exited 0: valid four Arcadia files, repaired ambiguity four, repaired missing include four, engineering thirty. The engineering snapshot has 37 total files: 30 Arcadia, four JSON, two Markdown, one Rust. All copied checkpoint bytes also matched their corresponding fixed baseline at archive time. Oracle stdout separately establishes complete saved Project/identity and physical/reachable Arcadia equality.
• missing-include-after-apply-before-save/ and its JSON are the four-file disk checkpoint paired with screenshot 36. The entry still includes missing/not-loaded.arcadia and that target is absent, while the screenshot reads “All changes saved.” Later explicit Save/oracle success does not erase this finding.
• Root reports capture_repair_disk.py completed copy and JSON recording, then its final Unicode stdout print raised a cp1252 UnicodeEncodeError. This was a console-only reporting failure. The successful snapshot/receipt are checked and retained; the helper was not rerun and no fabricated traceback is included.
• Root observed normal closure of PID 7384 and a fresh window/process absence check. binary-after-close.json independently records unchanged executable/DLL bytes, not a numeric process exit code. Application stdout/stderr are empty. No process or native operation was performed by the archivist.

Executable/DLL, profile, cache/temp and duplicate live work folders are excluded. Build/full-test evidence remains in corrected-build; the earlier failed native run remains in initial-trial. Root owns the final native report, repair implementation, new gates and subsequent release decision.
