Preserve raw include diagnostic provenance and derive bands from the existing shaped editor. Retain deferred tooltip paragraphs through rendering. Include source, regression, failure and native-trial evidence; corrected native acceptance remains pending.
Actual Windows notices preflight
PASS, exit 0, 2026-09-13T06:16:32.5784679Z–06:19:15.1533972Z; collector/readback elapsed 162.568 seconds. Target x86_64-pc-windows-gnullvm; default desktop/server roots; 266 resolved packages and 485 notice inputs. The requested main workspace toolchain environment and LLVM-MinGW root were used by run.ps1.
Actual iced_widget 0.14.2 resolved to crates/vendor/iced_widget, source=null and registry_checksum=null, features advanced/canvas/wgpu. All 71 actual vendor files matched both preflight input capture and local_source_sha256; notices are exactly upstream LICENSE and ARCADIA-PATCH.md, with no workspace-license or stale registry supplement. The vendor notice hashes are fc9086ba4eba4b77e4c603906362742bc3715ffa2c7810c6074fe7780d3a0398 (LICENSE) and 31fff95a2a5acfed5cb6cd1870fce65df29be1c19bbf9460f8e25a9b4955edfb (patch). Script/manifest/Cargo/environment inputs remained unchanged. Independent Python readback also passed.
This is actual locked offline notice metadata/hashing/readback, not a build, binary/source equivalence proof, package assembly, native acceptance or publication. Complete transitive source hashes were checked by the collector in memory but intentionally not retained on disk: packages.json is a compact identity/count summary; vendor.json retains the full exact vendor record. No tracked file was changed. #27 release ownership is unchanged.
Preserved earlier ../notices-actual-1 is an evaluator/environment failure, exit 1: child Windows PowerShell could not find Get-FileHash in the private receipt helper before input capture or collector invocation. Attempt2 uses the current bundled PowerShell7.6.5 executable with the SAME run.ps1 bytes (aeab81c6a02bd3553a4fc4eafc77aae2c7a4bb5cac23070579a20064c2ae7eb8); do not report attempt1 as collector failure or success.
