Private launch and syntax oracle preparation

Static review only; no Cargo, CLI, GUI, or helper execution. Historical launch.py and current-oracle.py remain unchanged.

build-and-preserve.py SHA256 bb9f86b8a1de6a2f4ba66e6b2bfffb8098edb48eef3d9873d5ade5cc53b7b6d7 correctly propagates gate failure, selects unique non-test binary artifacts, and compares each source and retained copy with the gate artifact readback. Its currently running inputs were not changed.

The original prepare-launch.py trusted the retained-binary receipt without connecting that receipt to the successful build it otherwise checked. Original bytes are retained as prepare-launch.before-artifact-binding.py. Corrected prepare-launch.py SHA256 89bb605414a30acee89382413d4b775205caa60d8abbc57c1cac3128125829d7 now requires the exact build-result identity and source-input identity, unique non-test oa-desktop artifact, correct manifest/source membership, original executable path, byte readback, and membership in the hash-bound raw Cargo stdout. It also binds the current oracle to that exact build receipt. Existing four-gate and oracle prerequisites remain. Parent must execute only after all prerequisites close successfully; nativeReady is a development-trial admission, not native acceptance.

New candidate-oracle.py SHA256 1276f90d71d429cec55893eb1f180b694c43f2e02e347e64320d489865c81e63 is prepared under the worktree native directory. Invoke bundled Python with -B, then --oracle-result ABSOLUTE/current-oracle-1/result.json --oracle-sha EXACT_SHA --label candidate-oracle-1. It imports only the pinned current-oracle utility module (whose main guard prevents execution), rechecks completed source/build gates and input ZIP bytes, and binds the preserved non-test CLI and exact original fixtures to the passed oracle receipt.

Two fresh copies of the complete fixture append exactly LF+} and LF+sa_function unfinished "Unfinished" {, respectively, without a final newline. They expect exit 1, invalid/check, no writes/changes, and an error on functions.arcadia at the final brace byte or the exact empty EOF range. Exact source bytes, suffix hex, raw JSON diagnostics, logs, commands, environment, timings and final readbacks are retained. A failure preserves its receipt; no weakened expectation or automatic retry follows. CLI lib.rs invalid-diagnostic branch sets exit 1 when there is no disk refusal; Location documents half-open UTF-8 offsets. These are falsifiable prepared expectations, not observed producer outputs. Neither candidate has been linted yet.

The candidate evaluator covers saved private syntax bytes only. Actual unsaved GUI publication replacement, stationary hover, clipping and navigation remain parent-operated native checks. Neither script establishes Linux, package, release, or complete application acceptance.
