Final connection-layout claim review

Read-only review; no material blocker to archiving the bounded research report. Reviewed .local/connection-layout-results-20260925.md SHA256 ddf74fe85c9764f6b5162562d0de5b51489b29ef1e765337ed59da01871bc669 against frozen transfer audit 18274aff78240bed1ccfbbe49491e49465156db6cca6a934149a699e603459e4, geometry result review, and sparse diagnosis 44d30974fe30183459412e177acc3729afeb448cf69ea05097afe037ecc1d93d.

The report accurately separates final fc5c22c9 observer from initial8a2010d8, released routing from experimental placement, and independent Arrange-reset work. Counts, preserved identity correction, automatic-port drift, explicit anchored-port fidelity and pure-transform limitations agree with my readback. The width1 failed negative expectation is preserved; the separate height1 rejection is accurately described. Final strict-Clippy receipt was inspected. This is not full-workspace, native readability, production adoption, or publication acceptance.

The clearance diagnosis appropriately supersedes the earlier narrower uninflated-corridor inference. The result does not claim that raw ELK is feasible under core18-unit leads/12-unit clearance, or that increasing search budgets would repair a rejected terminal pair. Necessary30-unit separation is explicitly not sufficient for an entire route. Both unsupported workshop cases remain coverage refusals, not engine failures or compound successes.

Two nonblocking wording improvements were sent to parent: say “10 of25 total port positions change, all automatic” because the denominator includes six authored ports; say “policy-aware conservation” rather than implying every raw conservation boolean is true (mixed authored_routes_exact is intentionally false after reset). No report edits by reviewer. The artifact is ready for bounded local archival with existing failed attempts and limitations retained; no reruns performed.
