Identified Allocation desktop gates — prepared only

No compiler/gate/build has been run. run.py and final.py are minimally adapted from the #31 desktop gate recipes (which retain the #23 raw-evidence safeguards); Python AST syntax checks passed. Source repo is .local/allocation-drawing-20260923. Do not edit candidate/runner/configuration or shared target during execution.

Prepared for clean local candidate cf37c36be16500a4a86622540395aaafb1645f6a. It is unpublished and has not been compiled or tested. Parent owns execution and shared-target scheduling. When the candidate is frozen and the build slot is available, invoke from root workspace:

Requires clean matching HEAD and a fresh final-NN output directory. Inventories use tracked plus nonignored untracked files, but any uncommitted/untracked candidate causes the clean gate admission to fail: all new source/tests must be committed first. Exact raw inventories are checked before/after every step and against the initial inventory. Relevant ancestor/CARGO_HOME config presence/absence, env.ps1 hash, environment, runtime and command/toolchain context are recorded.

Sequential steps:

GUI is preserved immediately after step5; attachment_snapshot immediately after step6. The admitted LLVM-mingw libunwind.dll is also copied. Exactly three outputs live under final-NN/artifacts: arcadia-studio.exe, attachment_snapshot.exe, libunwind.dll. Every preservation checks before/after source hash and copy equality. No state_bend_routing_snapshot build or GUI launch. Raw original paths remain in relocation receipts; future native staging must bind preserved copies, not target.

First failure stops subsequent commands. Per-command contexts, raw logs, patches, before/after inventories and exit codes remain in place. Summary fields source_commit/passed/inputs_unchanged/outputs are compatible with a correspondingly adapted #30 native stage. Do not reuse the old #23 stage's six-step name/four-output assertions unchanged. Final verification failure still writes the summary even if final source capture throws.

Core/server/workspace evidence is reused from source b8685416f5, published evidence d6aabb5dec. Before running, final.py verifies Git objects for crates/oa-core, crates/oa-server, Cargo.toml and Cargo.lock are unchanged from that base. If they differ, it refuses the desktop-only gate scope; parent should reassess rather than silently weakening it. This run does not claim a fresh workspace/core/server suite. Native Allocation authoring acceptance remains separate. The known #31 final-03 pass is not presented as execution of these new Allocation tests.
