Windows attempts on 8dd
Final-02 compiled all 61 native harnesses, then was intentionally stopped during read-only listing before actual tests. Final-03 used the separately reviewed v2 recipe, compiled and enumerated all 61 harnesses, then executed the literal workspace test command. It failed the State picker mounted Escape assertion. Source inputs remained unchanged in both attempts. Strict lint and product builds did not run.
The ZIP includes complete raw attempt records, both immutable recipes, format-02, the listing review, and source/actual ignored-test reconciliation. manifest.json binds every member and summarizes observed outcomes. The directly visible v2 files and review are exact copies for early review. This is failure evidence, not prerelease acceptance.
