Incremental independent #39 evidence review

No material blocker found in the added warning evidence or current release/checkpoint wording. This supplements the earlier final-evidence review, which covered the previous 133-entry packet; the current working-tree inventory has 140 entries, all independently rechecked against exact byte lengths and SHA256 with zero discrepancies.

Reviewed the copied read-model-warnings.py, model-warnings/{pristine,saved,result}.json and logs, the existing complete model envelopes, the current release validation, packet README and top of STATE. No compiler, GUI, server launch, Gitea action or tracked-file edit was performed. This review file is the only new artifact.

The added script performs GET validation requests for exactly the two resource IDs recorded by the prior complete-model oracle. Captured responses agree with result.json and show both models valid at revision 1 (separate imported resources). Pristine has only work_without_behavior_context for 4149a872-3440-59de-9879-8981e78d27ab; saved retains that identical warning and adds exactly one warning: trace_drift, baseline field, OaChanged, trace 5309f955-53fd-5ff4-9c0a-91737e947341.

Independent full-model equality still holds after changing only Activity 61f7bbfb-74a4-5540-9182-2583dfb27a49 name from Assess pressure alarm to Assess pressure alarm QA LEFT XYRIGHT. The warned trace points to that activity. Its complete trace record and OA/SA review baseline remain identical; the OA baseline still says Assess pressure alarm. Thus the new warning is consistent with the existing trace_drift comparison in crates/oa-core/src/transitions.rs, not a silent baseline update or transition reconciliation. Both actual stored envelopes also remain identical to their earlier captured GET envelopes after the read-only validation run.

The new README/release explanation accurately classifies one existing coverage warning plus expected OA name drift. It does not claim warning-free modeling. Current release validation and STATE do not assert that a new tag, release or assets are already published; historical published-release references remain distinct. Publication/readback acceptance and the separate #46 diagnostic correction remain outside this review.

This review checks working-tree inventory bytes. The parent's scoped .gitattributes correction, restaging and indexed-blob/hash comparison are separate preservation gates and are not certified here. No snapshot byte normalization is authorized by this review.
