First answers
- Request field repair: I cannot reliably identify both endpoints. My tentative stroke-based reading is Assess an alarm procedure → Confirm safe pressure, with very low confidence. The label appears above the long horizontal stroke at about y=611, which turns at x=430 and runs through a large rectangular detour around the central system card; a possible continuation reaches the right edge of Confirm safe pressure, where a left-pointing triangle is visible. At the right of the labeled segment several close vertical strokes run toward Assess an alarm procedure and Repair valve in the field, and I cannot reliably assign the turns to one connection. Plausible alternative: a connection ending at Repair valve in the field, with a source among Assess pressure alarm, Pressure coordination service, or Assess an alarm procedure. The wording suggests a request to the repair function but is insufficient visual evidence to choose that interpretation.
- Report repair result: Tentatively Repair valve in the field → Reset valve remotely, low confidence. The text appears above the horizontal stroke at about y=646, connected at its right to the lower left-facing triangular port on Repair valve in the field. To the left it meets a vertical stroke near x=520 that passes beside Reset valve remotely and Confirm safe pressure. A short leftward arrow reaches Reset valve remotely near y=702. Plausible alternative: Repair valve in the field → Confirm safe pressure, or a connection involving Assess pressure alarm via the same closely shared vertical alignment. The lower repair port appears left-facing, but shared/overlapping stroke routes prevent reliable destination assignment.
- Technician service conversation: Tentatively Field technician — Pressure coordination service, with no confidently discernible direction, low confidence. The label occupies the gap below/left of Field technician and above Repair valve in the field. It appears most directly associated with the thin vertical stroke near x=856 that bends left into the Pressure coordination service square port at y=568 and up/right toward the Field technician square port at y=451. Plausible alternative: it labels the adjacent Field technician → Repair valve in the field connection, whose stroke descends from the bottom of Field technician, turns left, then ends in a clearly downward-pointing arrow at the repair card's top. That latter direction is visually easier to see, but ownership of the nearby conversation label is unclear.
Legibility and association
The full image contains all eight central cards, but card text, connection labels, and tiny type headings are extremely small at the displayed 52% fit. Names can be read with concentration; the three-line conversation label is especially faint and small. Request/report text requires careful scrutiny against faint lines and dotted background. The label positions do not let me confidently distinguish nearby/overlapping connection routes. Port triangles and ordinary arrowheads also appear to have different meanings, which the image alone does not explain.
The conversation label looks placed between two plausible strokes rather than unambiguously attached to one. My first choice is the left vertical stroke to the system square port, while the more obvious arrowed path from technician to repair is a strong alternative.
