In-progress navigation source and behavior editing reviews
This commit makes the reviewed source and reports available to sessions on other machines. Local .local paths in prior issue comments were inaccessible handoffs; use these versioned files and their relative source links.
The source was copied from the 561-input frozen Windows test snapshot on branch codex/diagram-usages-ytr83r-20260912, based on 7aa007b0777aa182a99f46e90eeb9b2558f3ad2a. Every copied input was SHA-256 verified against the pre-gate capture. This is unaccepted work in progress: the desktop test binary is still compiling at publication preparation, no final tests/lint/native pass is claimed, and known navigation selection/coverage corrections remain. The reports are proposals and independent source reviews, not acceptance results. Linux/WSL remains deferred.

The experiment, reviews, source paths, and runtime evidence from this machine must be published before they are used as cross-machine handoffs. In-thread delegated agents share the local workspace; independently running Gitea peers do not. Live ownership, plans, and results remain in Gitea issues.
