Both original focused attempts are preserved, including the first failure in the pre-existing geometry collector, which still targeted the obsolete scroll ID. The second attempt passes after its target lookup was migrated; full gate evidence follows.

Every original file is bound by size and SHA-256 in archive-manifest.json. Identical inputs.zip archives may share one archivedAs entry; their original logical paths and hashes remain listed. Raw source is kept in the original nested input ZIPs, not duplicated as expanded files. Executables are excluded; their exact hashes remain in receipts and the commit binding.

For portable verification, extract tools/archive/bundle.py and run python bundle.py verify <evidence.zip> (Python 3.11+). It verifies every stored original and each nested source ZIP without Git, source checkout, build or execution. Use archivedAs to retrieve a logical path when an identical source archive was deduplicated.
