State picker correction verification

Exact source a9cd364eac: format passed and all 26 app::state_diagram_tests:: cases passed, including the original mounted picker failure. 1,509 other desktop tests were filtered out. Source input maps remained unchanged. The ZIP preserves raw commands, logs, receipts, compiler/environment/recipe bindings, independent source review, and the initial pre-command admission refusal caused by target-path string spelling.

The owner integrated identical product inputs in 715036e132677dd2bc2fb37ed316d93dc9987aec; renewed combined gates are separate. This targeted result does not establish full prerelease acceptance. manifest.json binds each portable ZIP member; original absolute paths identify the execution machine.
