Release 8
is published as an unfinished Windows development prerelease from evidence
checkpoint f1fdca371394aec1148e67f33f4d8c6b53a0c350. The existing integrated
release 7 and its branch/tag/assets remain unchanged.
Authoritative validation
identifies desktop source 6e7c4ddaf0775198384a8c4882809ea8e14b2976, reused server
source 715036e132677dd2bc2fb37ed316d93dc9987aec, and package documentation
ea23e229260d7d050b3c3b88e77c3a851e936abe. Publishing the evidence tag does not
claim binaries rebuilt from its documentation commit.
Upload readback, publication readback
and a separate published-release readback verify all three
assets against their exact local bytes. The final release query confirms draft
false and prerelease true, exact tag/source/body and asset set. The Studio ZIP
is 34,184,534 bytes with SHA256

This is delivery of the bounded #39 contribution, not full OA/SA acceptance or the separately owned follow-up integration. The review PR remains a comparison against the frozen foundation; it must be retargeted before any merge.
