Closed Windows canvas/repair package production — 2026-09-12

Owner: Codex-ytr83r /root/repair_review. This archive preserves completed producer and extraction evidence for 0.2.0-preview.canvas-repair.20260912, source 33e30c1cd7a6c99513a0ebd02ba68fccbad8f58d. It is not native acceptance or a publication claim. Root owns the active GUI session and later release.

The r2 producer passed exit0 at 2026-09-12 11:31:06.9744143 UTC. Its ZIP has 559 files /32,752,913 bytes, SHA256 1E962FADCE47922BDCF69E0E1D89E144E582083D940F4C9C9A5C6FBFECE95C24. Producer result and closed transcript retain exact paths and timings. The packager verified ordinary PE imports, dependency/runtime notices, documentation links, copied file hashes and every ZIP entry. Package metadata, dependency inventory, checksums and the adjacent ZIP checksum are retained. Original ZIP, executables/DLL, full package documents/licenses/examples, and source ZIP are deliberately excluded.

The actual fresh extraction passed exit0 at 11:31:36.410651 UTC with all559 files read back and the extracted SHA256SUMS inventory checked. Exact readback SHA256 is 65BB405F763057A36707EBCD881C10A3C4FF1213A0454966468315645004CDA0. This record is the completed extraction snapshot, not a copy of the subsequently active GUI's filesystem or logs.

Source and component identities

Studio is immutable development-profile 504862533CAAD919912E40C89BED4B1E43BA98138C42085480602A0A21FFF658,113,049,088 bytes. The optional server is reused development-profile ABA87A5FB795DEB995029A737C2EBB9D2B44C8D274EDAA2295363B226D9AF6BE,39,621,120 bytes from source321897f. Runtime is AA282FA47BB2C4E210CEA5E470CDBDCA58568F0BE0BC73E404D86AB9CD95EF6A,190,464 bytes. Build evidence, preserved GUI manifest and server component manifest keep their separate provenance.

All530 frozen files /9,727,025 bytes matched working source, exact33e30c1 and current documentation HEAD4dd0f60 before/after packaging. Final preflight retains that proof. The server/core trees remain unchanged (99dbbe3a17d45d7030fc14a31fad2c07332d8d86 / a9c71e2c3fc9260d06f191c0d65b1e63e41edbec); the sole Cargo.lock delta is the desktop-only unicode-segmentation edge. The server was not rebuilt from the new GUI source.

Matching five focused repair tests,761 full desktop tests, strict Clippy and GUI build passed; five are included in761. Gate status/input manifests are retained here because the producer consumed them. Full logs and build environment history remain in the authoritative adjacent Windows gate archive, without another duplicate log set. No gate was rerun while archiving.

Initial failure and narrow r2 correction

The first attempt failed at 11:20:19.1526932 UTC, before metadata or package staging. Literal gate-object equality treated lossless Clippy timestamp spellings …9709380Z/…970938Z and …2846460Z/…284646Z as unequal. Original failure, transcript and original scripts are preserved.

Root reviewed the r2 delta: only started_utc and completed_utc accept strict UTC-Z timestamp spelling and right-pad fractions to seven digits; valid100ns differences remain unequal. Every other gate field is compared unchanged, and raw statuses are not rewritten. Twelve checks cover that boundary and invalid formats. Full preflight passed before root dispatched the fresh r2 attempt; no earlier output was overwritten. Historical preparation notes and absolute paths remain verbatim evidence, not current execution instructions.

Integrity and limits

manifest.json identifies each original/copied closed payload and its before/copy/after SHA256. readback.json records a separate-process second read of originals/copies, metadata hashes and the exact final inventory. archive-closed.py records the explicit allowlist and verification mechanism. The source-owned original package/extraction helpers and the exact production packaging scripts are included; this archive is not a standalone runnable toolchain.

No live GUI launch receipts, stdout/stderr, process logs, screenshots, native fixture changes or server-check results are included. Root must close and verify those workflows separately. Packaging/extraction integrity does not establish native usability, dynamic graphics portability, full OA/SA completion, or Linux support; Linux remains user-paused. This archive is uncommitted at handoff. Shared .gitattributes was not edited; root must apply the project's usual -text archive rule before staging to preserve the raw CRLF-bound bytes through Git.
