Palette readability candidate
Source afa74a3059 combines the reviewed palette,
canvas boundaries, process topology outlines and read-only input correction with
the lifecycle/typed-activation integration. The Windows style::tests gate passes
all 10 tests, with no failures or ignored cases and 862 filtered out. It
compiled in 7m20s and ran in 3.85s, closing 2026-09-13 at 00:37:15 UTC with exit 0.
All 538 committed inputs remained unchanged; input-manifest SHA-256 is
d7dc0bd3b642e50c2796035696fc6da5bb0cbf07e680e15528c49229544c5583.
Exact command and result
and raw output
retain the test identities. This targeted result does not establish full-suite,
native interaction or physical-monitor acceptance.
The decision and acceptance boundary records why the first candidate strengthens essential luminance contrast while retaining category cues and lighter decorative dividers. The Source editor uses a separate static dark syntax/selection palette. The read-only input adapter retains selection and copy while the missing input callback still prevents edits.

- Exact archived payload identities
The archive preserves historical source-only findings verbatim. In particular, the original foundation's false claim that disabled inputs cannot select is superseded by its correction and independent review. Numeric contrast tests are engineering benchmarks, not proof that all physical monitors display the result well. Native syntax scanability, thin strokes at Fit, keyboard focus and actual selection remain separate acceptance observations. Custom chooser/menu keyboard target cues and faint control boundaries identified in the residual review need their bounded correction and combined verification. Routing-warning selection remains a separate unfinished interaction change. Issue #26 remains open.
