Closed Scenario validation: full desktop and regular strict gates

At source b10b28cefd1d0794073ba241a0c8de9a83e85f68, the full Windows desktop suite passed 1091 tests, with four designated ignored tests, zero failures and zero filtered, matching all1095 unique names from the fresh listing. Libtest reported1397.07s. The subsequent combined desktop/server all-targets strict check also passed; Cargo reported7.24s. Both commands exited0, all612 captured inputs and recorded external inputs remained unchanged, and both receipts report no postflight failure.

The actual complete test names and the four ignored identities are preserved in the full receipt and checked against the published selection manifest. The same150552064-byte test EXE remained bound through LIST, focused, full and strict, SHA256 e29934499fdc86d1fd3086a1c5eb5c34ddb3eebd44eed351409b2d862f4978f5. No executable payload is included. Receipt start/end timestamps include Cargo and capture overhead; the durations above are the actual libtest/Cargo reports, not inferred wall times.

Archive manifest binds eight byte-exact originals,828837 bytes: the two raw logs, receipts and each stage's before/after capture. It also maps all41 unchanged prerequisite files to their exact SHA256/size/Git blob at published commit b09d9d506347e9a00353ed86bedb98702a426142. Those published originals supply the strict-preflight/LIST/focused chain, batch receipts, static recipes, toolchain record, source/config bindings and selection manifest; they are referenced rather than recopied. The prerequisite archive also links the exact previously published external environment script. All referenced gate-local bytes were compared to both the current frozen originals and their committed Git blobs.

To reconstruct the receipt dependency directory, take original/ from that exact prerequisite commit and add this archive's eight original/ files under the same names. Do not execute in either immutable archive. Preserved host paths identify the tested environment; another machine needs a matching checkout/toolchain and a fresh reviewed output directory.

This archive contains no GUI-build artifacts. The GUI build was live during preparation and its logs/receipts were neither read nor copied. These results do not establish a built package, native usability, Linux acceptance or a new server test execution; the earlier57 server-test results remain separately attributed in the published source provenance. The regular strict result here is a new actual desktop/server strict pass, distinct from the earlier preflight.
