feab desktop gates closed
Source feab2020d8, isolated clean .local/rs. All authorized desktop gates are now actually closed. The desktop compiler lease was released after GUI closure11:55:59UTC. No native candidate interaction or package/release acceptance is claimed here; parent owns that next evaluation.

Every test/strict run retained581 exact committed inputs. GUI build retained615 including scripts. The actual test executable remains150325248 bytes, SHA256 a0bc95a60c7daf3400788a8821257bc964a34f7442d015f3745663d6646ad279, at target/debug/deps/arcadia_studio-ac73ce8f77f371eb.exe; it was reread after GUI build and remained identical. Do not mutate it while parent native admission depends on it.
The preserved GUI is .local/rename-scroll-gates-20260913/gui-feab202/arcadia-studio.exe,116591104 bytes, SHA256 521ca576337a4b5add70c8fb7f101e459274f9b4462a5c0bdd3290cc1ca72b58. Its actual Cargo artifact is a non-test unoptimized build with debug assertions and overflow checks. GUI result SHA256 123f67ce1ca618129683499f7a4806b402dcab7efc1d7e7763f96d3f56348af9; input manifest SHA256 83091bfc42eef198442b03cd714262d3bf87cd35aa965134eaff210933e18c00. The builder preserved the reported artifact, verified PE identity and rechecked source/HEAD/status after preservation.

Frozen preparation is .local/rename-scroll-gate-preparation-r3-20260913; its final preparation manifest SHA256 is dd4c74f70fdae3e4644b7db1380454efd819f44e8d8db1b15fea7e878b9f2aa4. Its original r3 admission helper was used unchanged for every admission. A provisional streamed-tail display seemed to split a test outcome, but a direct byte snapshot disproved that observation; there was no raw-output format defect and no admission-parser change or rerun.
The initial bebf listing success and preview4/1 failure are retained unchanged and explained in .local/navigation-preview-scroll-bebf-runtime-20260913.md. The feab correction distinguishes exact fractional Iced reports from exact rounded visible translation, without weakening the before/after restoration check. The portable357 test-only overlay remains unrun by parent decision because independently confirmed actual440 native failure supplies the before-fix evidence. Original440 receipts/helpers and preserved GUI/server artifacts were not overwritten.
