Reviewed all 20 original JPEG frames and JSON notes in .local/native-qa/rename-scroll-feab202-20260913-01, launch/request/preparation, cancel-save checkpoint, original 440 frames043-045, and the now-closed receipt. No application input, compiler or source modification was performed by this reviewer.

Bounded verdict: no actionable mismatch found in the observed Details-to-Preview correction. This supports the specific native restoration and explicit-reset workflow at source feab2020d8e5b6bfdb59c86ab4aee161617b8b6f; it is not full rename, transient model/history, Text-union or package acceptance.

Observed workflow

• 001 shows the fresh isolated app. 002 records a Windows picker warning for an absent private-profile Desktop directory. 003 shows the correct fixture open. Picker focus/input and capture retries are operator/tool limitations; the notes do not establish an application defect. The raw003 note retains the earlier Untitled window title although the actual image title shows the loaded project; process/window ID and visible content still bind this frame. Preserve that metadata discrepancy rather than rewriting it.
• 004 selects original assess_report, declaration UUID 00000000-0000-4000-8000-000000000403. 005 proposes assess_report_trial_preview, two changed files/six lines, and starts file1 sa/reporting.arcadia, hunk1, rows1-7 at line8.
• Decisive006 ->007 ->008: nonzero preview line10 at y485, changed line11 at y631, before/after declaration baselines about y675/y737 and thumb y518-633 remain visibly at those positions after Details return. 007 retains the same target/origin/replacement; 008 is documented as the first return before any rescroll. The reviewer independently inspected the images; timestamps and notes establish the input sequence, not a video or internal offset trace. JPEGs need not have identical compressed/pixel bytes because cursor/hover changes are present.
• 009 next hunk resets to line41 at top; 010 establishes nonzero offset before011 row-page reset to line49. 012 establishes nonzero before013 file change to views.arcadia at line37/top. 014 scrolls that file;015 filter reporting resets to sa/reporting.arcadia line8/top and disables unmatched file navigation. These controls demonstrate intentional context resets rather than unconditional retention.
• Filtered repeat016 ->017 ->018 again preserves the nonzero declaration/line and thumb geometry before rescroll. 019 Cancel returns to original selected alias;020 reports all source files saved. No Rename alias approval was requested in this trial.

Original440 frames043 ->044 ->045 visibly show the earlier scrolled preview returning to line8/top. They use an already renamed baseline and a different proposed spelling, so this is a behavioral before/fix comparison, not identical fixture/viewport pixel comparison. Actual bindings and limits

Closure records PID10456, exit0 at 2026-09-13T12:21:44.165074+00:00, unchanged stage and exact disk-byte equality. Parent records normal Alt+F4; closure itself establishes process exit, not the keypress. Both native streams are empty. GUI SHA256 521ca576337a4b5add70c8fb7f101e459274f9b4462a5c0bdd3290cc1ca72b58, 116591104 bytes, is the recorded non-test dev artifact (opt0, debug assertions/overflow checks enabled); it is not an optimized release claim. Its preserved stage payload and runtime were independently reread and hashed.

Independent audit JSON, SHA256 d4340078155aaac5dc511de1a262da4f9fe986445fadda548b4653d0fb50e143, verifies every preparation-bound original, all20 image/note pairs, actual baseline/work/snapshot six-file bytes, checkpoint before/snapshot/after/expected maps and all615 GUI input blobs against committed feab source. The 581 gate-input records are an exact subset; the other34 are scripts/notices. This is a scope comparison, not permission to omit GUI inputs in future builds.

Closed feab records report listing1099; preview5, rename37, cross-module navigation17 and source-navigation51 passing; full1096 passed/0failed/3existing ignores; strict all-targets exit0 and matching GUI build exit0. Cancel-save proves complete six-file disk membership/byte equality, rechecked after normal closure. It does not inspect transient in-memory Project/history or apply/revert a rename, and no semantic oracle was reused. Existing 440 semantic evidence retains its own source/fixture scope. Native restoration should be rechecked when the new compact Text union is later built because that changes the surrounding widget topology.
