Contextual Windows prerelease evidence — 2026-09-11
This frozen whitelist preserves 118 original payloads, 4,913,769 bytes, for
ZIP 9186d4fc9a7b52fb195c183c4847c8e3419ea6da8b3f907e0c06f9ceec58dee0.
Every copied payload was matched to its original by byte length and SHA256.
manifest.json maps original repository-relative paths to archive paths;
readback.json records the scoped receipt/source/module/file comparisons.
No application, oracle or compiler was rerun during preservation.

The current native report
states the actual v2 PASS. The frozen producer report
and independent review
remain separate. Original paths inside raw helpers/receipts describe the executed
environment; copying a helper into this archive does not make its old paths portable.
No executables, DLLs, ZIP binary, caches, full extraction, private profile or
duplicate working copy is included. Both exact checkpoint-first/ trees equal
their respective working copies and recorded file maps. The large historical
source tar and previous release's notice inventory are referenced by original
path/hash in the manifest instead of being duplicated. The Windows cache itself
stays in the preserved first extraction; only its exact delta/hash receipt is here.

These cover the 118 copied payloads and their verification. This README and the
two staging lists are generated navigation aids, not additional raw observations.
Publication receipts belong to root's separate record and are not in this manifest.
Byte-preserving staging
Root owns Git staging. Suggested precise .gitattributes addition, not applied
by this archiver, after the existing general text rules:
harness/experiments/contextual-prerelease-20260911/** -text
staging-paths.txt enumerates exactly 124 paths: these 123 archive files
plus the current native report. force-add-paths.txt identifies the 18 .log
payloads ignored by current rules. An explicitly bounded staging command is:
git add -f --pathspec-from-file=harness/experiments/contextual-prerelease-20260911/staging-paths.txt
The path list excludes later publication records and all unrelated source work. Root should compare staged blob bytes to the manifest before committing.
