Focused-only recovery at 83e840e
Original83 list compiled successfully (Cargo0, 1045 actual names, 601 unchanged inputs), but its metadata selection failed: two canvas camera policy tests were predicted under tests instead of actual camera_policy_tests. The original manifest/log/receipt remain unchanged and selectionValid=false. This recovery corrects only those qualified names, preserving 224 focused tests; expected filtered count is821.
Run only pwsh -NoProfile -File .local/scenario-workspace-focused-recovery83-20260913/run.ps1. It invokes the exact already-built EXE named by original list.log, with 224 exact names and one test thread. No Cargo/recompile/clean/full/strict/GUI stage. Parent alone runs it. The binary hash is captured after listing and before focused execution, not before compilation. Original list bindings, toolchain/config files, source601, recovery recipe and executable are checked before/after. Exact names/status/summary must match224 passed,0failed,0ignored,821filtered. Current private_interfaces warning remains unresolved; this is not strict acceptance.
