fix: the draft pick pill re-enables pointer events (the none-mask law)
The sticky composer wrapper is a pointer-events-none mask; the pill
row sat outside the composer box's re-enable, so it rendered dead —
no hover, no click. One class, the 953b22b pattern the CTA row and
composer box already follow.
