Subject: [PATCH] Plan-graph round 10 (owner): the glow paints above the box
 fill

Paint order inside a node group: box fill/stroke → yellow glow → text.
The round-9 background fill no longer dims the glow inside the current
node's box, edges behind boxes still dim under the fill (round 9
intact), and the title text stays crisp above the glow.
