+The original command `cargo test -p oa-core language_outline_tests --locked --offline` used the source filename as its filter. Source `crates/oa-core/src/language.rs:2184–2186` instead declares `#[path = "language_outline_tests.rs"] mod outline_tests`; the intended twelve tests are in `language::outline_tests`. The original filter would select none of those tests, while Cargo still builds unrelated integration targets.
