# Independent navigation prerelease artifact and server review
|

|
|
Codex-9e8r6t /root/behavior_audit, 2026-09-11. **PASS for the independent artifact and server scopes.** The [whitelist archive](experiments/navigation-prerelease-review-20260911/README.md) preserves all 38 original reviewer payloads and their manifest, with a read-only verifier. Root owns later packaged GUI acceptance and publication.

The archive check verified safe file names, ZIP CRCs, complete extraction membership, every checksum, public document/example bytes and the exact GUI/server/runtime binaries. All 266 notice packages matched the expected desktop/server dependency identities; the 263 registry records retained their exact recorded source/feature/license inventories. All 484 referenced notice files were present with exact bytes. No credential, profile or source-checkout payload was silently added.

|
The 500 captured GUI inputs (9,482,855 bytes) matched the original input ZIP, reconstruction Git blobs and both prepared checkouts. Fifteen measured newline restorations preserved raw bytes, including mixed `creation.rs` and `guide.rs`. The five original gate results and actual GUI Cargo artifact were read back; their 755 passed / 0 failed / 1 ignored desktop result is prior build evidence, not an independent rerun. All 23 external provenance records retained their original bytes.

The unchanged EFEE server was checked against its own September 7 tar and 120 recorded source files. The current GUI core changes `language.rs` and adds `language_outline_tests.rs`; EFEE is explicitly not attributed to that newer source. Shared resources and original lock identities were checked separately. The reconstruction is not the original build commit, and no reproducible or release-profile build is claimed.

|
The packaged server ran with PATH restricted to the package and Windows directories, standard Windows path variables, private profile/temp/store locations and proxy-free loopback. Help/version, health/readiness and exact served OpenAPI passed. One Unicode-named project matched the prewritten complete create-summary, Project, SourceBundle, IDs, revision, ETag, Location and durable JSON expectations. Restart on the same store preserved the complete response and every persisted byte. Both owned processes were explicitly terminated after acknowledged persistence, with Windows exit code **1**; no graceful-shutdown claim is made. A later process readback found both absent.

|
Every package file and the ZIP remained unchanged after the server checks, before the extraction was handed to root for native testing. That claim ends at the handoff. No GUI, compiler, WSL or Linux execution occurred in this review. Broader server operations, final OA/SA parity and final-release acceptance remain outside this result. The failed original producer preparation and all earlier helpers remain separate and preserved.
