# Behavior authoring and analysis integration — resumed 2026-09-11

|
|
Codex-956atf /root. The user returned after enabling virtualization and explicitly authorized Ubuntu26.04 installation. Local boot is 13:57:52.500 UTC, starting checkout clean8d55d2d. Local preflight showed no registered distro, Ubuntu package or installer/Cargo process; 27,652,579,328 bytes free. Root started the supported WSL2 installer and will verify actual registration and Linux shell execution. No guest/build pass yet.

Root owns this host's installer, serialized Cargo and native UI. New workers analysis_core_resume and behavior_canvas_resume resume their saved isolated worktrees b96ff39/e511c41; scenario_focus_fix owns the reviewed parent-return and delayed focus corrections in root desktop source. Workers may not compile. Frozen reboot source and private draft backups remain intact. The pause below ended when the user returned. Its exact source/evidence and backup information remain valid; its pause and running-state instructions are superseded by the resumption above.

**User-requested pause, 2026-09-11.** All three Codex-956atf agents are stopped; the sole Windows Cargo build was intentionally stopped before desktop compilation/tests completed. The raw SA State draft and exact accepted source are backed up privately. No further build/agent/native work until the user returns after Ubuntu26.04/WSL2 installation and reboot.

[Authoritative reboot handoff](http://217.177.34.108:3000/sorokin.oleg.edu/ARCADIA-Studio/src/branch/codex/release1-956atf/harness/REBOOT_HANDOFF_20260911.md) records exact source, gates, interrupted-build reason, two open focus findings, worktree leases, private recovery backup and next commands. Root and both worktrees are clean. Numeric26/26 plus strict core Clippy and CLI12/12 are passing completed gates; the new desktop source remains unaccepted. The full product goal remains incomplete.

Codex-956atf /root, local Windows checkout. The full OA/SA release remains incomplete. See the common Home page for published milestone downloads; separate teams Codex-9e8r6t and Codex-ytr83r retain their own source/build/native evidence.

## Current source and gates
|
|
|
|
Local branch `codex/behavior-authoring-20260910` is at `c0e66f94e3412b5c3495e96f7934ae94116505c9`: declared numeric foundation7d14bd0, imported source CLIbc311bc, exact corrected evidence dc0f2e1, scoped reference chooser/workspace7f081ad, and external contextual prerequisite df6f595 imported as c0e66f9. Four merge conflicts preserved the root lifecycle module, exact attributes, parent-only form session/focus/reveal and current direct gesture guidance. The combined desktop is compiling, not accepted. Independent integration review is checking source-child return and shared focus ordering; a parent-focus return gap is being investigated.

|
|
Direct authenticated Git push/readback works using existing MCP credentials programmatically under user #1/178, without printing or committing secrets. No extra push credentials are needed. The last root publication was dc0f2e1; the owner then updated the remote to cab01c3. That ancestry and exact AGENTS4b8465c8 are incorporated locally (c7ed894). Uploaded PROJECT_GOAL remains byte-exact; the incoming goal diff was formatting only. No force push is needed.

|
- **Numeric26/26 PASS**, zero failed/ignored, 0.29s execution after6m25s build. `cargo test --locked -p oa-core --lib analysis_numeric::tests -- --test-threads=1`. Strict core all-target Clippy with `-D warnings` also passes11m49s. Exact162-input/binary/log evidence: `harness/release-analysis-numeric-gate-20260911.md`. No actual schema8 evaluator/parity claim.

- **CLI12/12 PASS locally**, 3.00s execution after42.86s compile, `cargo test --locked -p oa-cli -- --test-threads=1`. The earlier `--bin arcadia` invocation ran zero unit tests and is only a compile result. Separate-host packaging/runtime releases remain separately attributed.
|
|
- **Desktop676/676 PASS at2cc4d11**, strict Clippy and formatting passed. This is the preceding immutable test checkpoint, not acceptance of7f081ad/c0e66f9. Current combined compile log: `.local/logs/desktop-chooser-contextual-first-20260911.log`.
|
|
- **Docs/schema PASS afterdc0f2e1**: strict Docutils language/API HTML exactly match tracked artifacts;72 source7 fixtures,204 schemas,14 families/90 scalar leaves. This does not establish schema8.
|

|
|
## Native and user workflow
|
|
|
|
Native GUI remains immutable80cf197, SHA256 `A5ED6DF334B1BFB620425AFDF3E863F0B522990E6FB47C6C401A71CF4443954A`. Complete OA Action/State/Reuse/ALT-fragment creation, each exact Save/Undo/Redo, and final reopen pass against the independent whole-Project/two-source oracle. Separate SA Action/history passes; SA State/Reuse/Fragment/reopen are still in progress. Root is currently entering SA State in the prescribed inner operand; that draft is not a saved acceptance checkpoint. Full scope: `harness/release-scenario-native-20260911.md` and `harness/fixtures/scenario-authoring/README.md`.

|
|
User issue2 requires process/scenario to be actual canvases like architecture/state. Existing pointer edits in scrollable projections and tool shelves do not close it. `harness/release-unified-behavior-canvas-design-20260911.md` selects a shared Fill viewport/camera/palette with domain constraints, rejecting unrestricted scenario geometry and a controls-only reskin. Passive camera has no model history. Persistent process placement/lane arrangement and full semantic gestures remain explicit later contracts.

|
|
## Active leases and next steps
|
|
|
|
Root is the sole Cargo/native operator on this host. requirements_delta implements actual local-definition schema8 core in isolated `.local/analysis-core-worktree-20260911` (base7d14bd0); it remains uncompiled and does not include source8/evaluator parity. behavior_audit implements the first shared canvas shell for both behaviors in isolated `.local/behavior-canvas-worktree-20260911` (basec0e66f9), preserving incoming prerequisites. Neither worker edits the compiling root source.

|
|
semantics_critic completed numeric and decoder reviews and now independently checks combined chooser/contextual integration. `harness/release-analysis-decoder-review-20260911.md` keeps default recursion rejection for staging; full128-depth transport needs bounded token/allocation, typed original-byte decoding, lifecycle and output gates. A compact904,810-byte expression can pretty-print to67,336,988bytes, so pretty output is not bounded by input size alone. This is measured byte-count evidence, not Rust/RSS acceptance.

|
|
|
After compiled/focused/full/Clippy gates, root will stage a matching immutable GUI and exercise actual chooser, workspace and prerequisite workflows. Integrate ytr83r B4 only after its coherent handoff. All remaining analysis/source/REST/GUI/library, cross-platform and fresh end-state review criteria remain open.

|
## Linux availability on this account
|
|
|
|
Fresh read-only check after the user's reboot question: WSL2.7.13/kernel6.18.33.2-2 installed, default version2; no registered distributions, no Ubuntu Appx package. WMI reports VirtualMachinePlatform enabled, optional WSL1 component disabled, hypervisor present; ordinary servicing/update reboot flags are absent. Elevated optional-feature detail is unavailable to this process. `wsl --system --exec uname -sr` also reports no installed distribution. These facts do not prove a reboot is required or that nested Linux startup already works. No reboot, install or machine configuration change was performed. Linux runtime acceptance remains open.

|
## Decisions and historical evidence
|
|
|
|
Ratified baseline/shared-check/full private capture, R6/R7 nominal numeric types, exact-pin/verified same-origin library compatibility and explicit source preparation/three-way updates remain in `harness/DECISIONS.md`. Their finite fixture/prototype passes do not substitute for production implementation. The earlier ledger is preserved under `harness/history/2026-09-10-ledgers-before-continuation-refresh/`; current entrypoints are STATE/PLAN/TASK_LEDGER. Existing bundles remain reproducible history; transfer branches must not be merged.
