# Fresh package verification
|
|
|
|
This packet verifies the exact scoped Windows development-preview ZIP described
|
|
in [the release validation](../../../release-compact-help-validation-20261001.md).
|
|
Production gates and earlier native evidence remain separately versioned in
|
|
[the contribution record](../../../compact-help-validation-20261001.md).
|
|
|
|
* [Independent artifact/server review](artifact-review.md): archive, provenance,
|
|
runtime/notices/docs, captured HTTP and restart scope, including the corrected
|
|
Unicode fixture.
|
|
* [First native session](native/review.md) and [fresh reopen](native-reopen/review.md):
|
|
actual Home/help/edit/caret/minimum/save/history/reopen operations, original
|
|
collision refusal and recovery, screenshots and explicit limits.
|
|
* `started.json`/`finished.json` in those native directories record system-only
|
|
PATH, unrelated cwd, executable/runtime hashes, exit 0 and empty logs.
|
|
* `native-source-existing-save.json` and `native-source-destination-*.json`
|
|
record the declared whole-file oracles. `saved-source/` preserves actual
|
|
changed source and relocated entry bytes; all other hashes refer to pristine
|
|
files distributed in the ZIP. Companion files were copied separately.
|
|
* `native-model-oracle/` retains requests/responses and result of parsing the
|
|
complete pristine and actual saved bundles using the exact packaged server.
|
|
Only the declared Activity name differs in the complete Project. Fresh
|
|
independent read-only reconciliation also verifies actual disk/source equality.
|
|
* `model-warnings/` records subsequent read-only validation: both models are
|
|
valid; the name edit adds the expected OA trace-drift warning to the existing
|
|
behavior-coverage warning. Transition reconciliation was not performed.
|
|
* `server-smoke/` preserves the first harness fixture encoding issue;
|
|
`server-smoke-unicode02/` retains its corrected U+2014/CRLF run. Each preserves
|
|
all 11 HTTP exchanges, source files, acknowledged envelope and process results.
|
|
Stores are not duplicated; captured envelopes and store hashes are retained.
|
|
* `extraction-check.json` covers all 565 extracted files; `package.json` and
|
|
`build-evidence.json` identify distinct source roles. Runtime/dependency notice
|
|
inventories and their full texts remain inside the actual ZIP.
|
|
* [Evidence file hashes](evidence-files.json) bind these exact copied bytes.
|
|
|
|
Helpers are retained as executed, with their original absolute machine paths.
|
|
Adapt paths to a fresh extraction/working directory to repeat a workflow. Do not
|
|
overwrite prior attempts. Source checks and package reconstruction parameters
|
|
are in the release validation and `docs/windows-packaging.md`. These finite
|
|
checks do not establish complete OA/SA, general accessibility, Linux, power-loss
|
|
safety or application-managed copying of arbitrary external artifacts.
