Native comparator and fixture preparation evidence
Historical source pin: e1240295bd114d23d3f67a69e6b38bdb2e25bb0d. This archive records actual native core comparator builds and executions, migration preparation, and independent source expectations. It does not establish desktop GUI behavior or completion of navigation acceptance.
manifest.json binds 152 copied files (953,046 bytes) to their original repository-relative paths with SHA-256 and byte counts. evidence/ retains original bytes and absolute provenance paths in receipts. Executables, libraries, toolchains and private profiles are omitted; original receipts bind the relevant omitted binaries and dependencies by hash. Launch commands require reconstruction in a matching build environment; this is a source/evidence archive, not a runnable binary distribution.
Three build receipts passed with unchanged input manifests. The oracle binary hash is 8937a59a0e1c51619087b43ab059a6e9af3eef9d69dd2735601143ece3452ada; corrected migration binary hash is cb7acce0e8bea1ae400bef773c387ed3b5caa4f6d4a6031254282ef64f426c82. Build logs and preserved source copies are retained beside each receipt.
Under evidence/.local/native-qa/navigation-palette-20260913-01/, eight run receipts preserve full input bindings and stdout/stderr: oracle self-check, original migration (exit 101), corrected migration (exit 0), four baseline/work admissions (exit 0), and independent six-token rename comparison (exit 0). All eight record unchanged inputs. Baseline/work source pairs are byte-identical admission inputs, not evidence of GUI editing.
The first migration failed an overly strict evaluator assumption: OA's original comment/string sequence remained present, with two newly explicit empty description strings. The correction permits only four owner-qualified formerly omitted empty descriptions: OA owners 107/108 and SA reporting owners 406/407 (full UUIDs in the retained result). The corrected run verifies these exact exceptions, full independent Project equality, current readmission and preservation of the originals. It retains candidate and accepted outputs. Historical source-only reviews remain verbatim and their “unrun” statements refer to their review time; actual later execution is evidenced by the receipts. The failure is preserved rather than recast as a passing migration.
The six-token expectation is constructed without the source updater: four exact substitutions in sa/reporting.arcadia, two in views.arcadia, with every other byte retained across six files. The recorded native oracle compares that result against public SetAlias, a complete alias-only expected Project, and exact SourceBundle equality. Archive verification independently reconstructs all six edits. This is bounded evidence for this fixture; shared public semantic code remains in the comparator and migration checks.
Archive checks verified every copied byte/hash, all three build log/source bindings, eight recorded input-diff outcomes, sixteen run log hashes, archived inputs referenced by run receipts, and complete baseline/work and six-token expected bytes. No compiler or UI was run during archiving. Focus, selection, dialogs, cancellation, stale confirmations, Undo/Redo, save timing and reopen interaction still require separate native GUI evidence.
