# Packaged Windows server acceptance — 2026-09-11
Owner: Codex-ytr83r /root/windows_release_gap_review. Root owns source integration and release publication. This archive preserves already completed runtime evidence; copying and independently rereading it do not constitute another server/test run. The Python/PowerShell files are source-only runners, not distributable application binaries. No executables or DLLs are included.
Target: extracted `ArcadiaStudio-0.2.0-preview.lifecycle-childwork.20260911-x86_64-pc-windows-gnullvm`, associated with Studio source `865483b4c66361a01fe0d9e731859220bafb4136`. Server is the immutable previously accepted `ABA87A5FB795DEB995029A737C2EBB9D2B44C8D274EDAA2295363B226D9AF6BE` binary; adjacent `libunwind.dll` is `AA282FA47BB2C4E210CEA5E470CDBDCA58568F0BE0BC73E404D86AB9CD95EF6A`. Packaging this existing server does not claim a new server compilation at 865483b. Exact before/after package and contract input hashes are in `payload/preflight.json` and `payload/postflight.json`.
## Recorded runtime results
- Authoritative REST probe: `payload/rest-strict`, 25 requests passed, runner exit 0 at 18:57:57.176132 UTC. Server PIDs 1648 and 8408 used loopback port 56285 with the same private store across restart.
- Actual HTTP schema runner: 204 schemas, 19 actual/typed values, 9 invalid shapes passed, runner exit 0 at 18:52:55.183700 UTC. Server PID 9204 used loopback port 53601. Invalid shapes are checked against local and HTTP-served schemas, not nine separate invalid HTTP writes.
- Independent raw-result readback: seven complete HTTP response pairs identical byte for byte; model ETags equal; incomplete/repaired/restart bundles match exact fixture source files. See `payload/readback.json`, SHA256 `6A5501BBB6E7B9B599F7F17629DD0ADC6E19C0FA19B6632C5ECE331D74279B18`.
- `payload/process-readback.json` confirms all five owned server PIDs 7772, 2328, 1648, 8408, 9204 no longer exist. Nonzero server termination codes in stop receipts are intentional probe cleanup, distinct from runner exit 0.
Exact restricted server PATH string, including recorded casing and separators:
```text
C:/Windows/System32;C:/Windows;C:\Users\User\Documents\Git\ARCADIA-Studio\.local\native-865483b\extracted\ArcadiaStudio-0.2.0-preview.lifecycle-childwork.20260911-x86_64-pc-windows-gnullvm
```
Both authoritative REST launches and the schema launch record this value. All used unrelated private cwd `.local/packaged-server-865483b-20260911/unrelated-cwd`; explicit data dirs prevented access to a default user store. Python used the explicit bundled Python executable and `.local/python-deps` through sys.path only. No global environment changes were made.
Historical `payload/rest` also passed 25 assertions but PowerShell startup prepended its own directory to PATH. It is preserved as the discovered launch-harness correction, not strict-PATH acceptance. `payload/retry-rest.py` and `payload/coverage-probe-strict.ps1` record the bounded correction. Shell startup latency increased during these runs; that host issue is separate from the successful application assertions. The fixture's unrelated sequence_gap warning remains documented in `payload/README.md`.
## Archive integrity and scope
`payload` copies all 181 closed evidence files plus their original `evidence-sha256.json` manifest, unchanged: 182 files, 705,573 bytes. Original manifest SHA256: `147DF4A33A7CC00557CE6020DC21051D16A592DD41C9F8DC98D6BB363B0ED710`. `original-copy-manifest.json` records every original/copied size and SHA256; `independent-readback.json` records a fresh-process second inventory and byte readback of both sides. These include the original report, raw requests/responses, synthetic local test token, stores, logs, launch/stop receipts, runner source and snapshot files.
The runtime evidence establishes scoped packaged server launch, REST/schema and persistence behavior on this Windows host. It does not establish GUI acceptance, graceful shutdown handling, remote deployment, or Linux runtime behavior. No new server, test, compiler, UI, WSL/Linux, staging or commit action was performed for this archive. Root may publish these closed receipts with the source/evidence checkpoint.
