# Standalone CLI package evidence

|
Exact frozen author and independent reviewer evidence for the Windows
|
|
`ArcadiaCLI-0.2.0-preview.authoring.20260911` artifact. `hashes.json` records
|
|
original private paths, lengths and hashes; preserve these bytes through Git.
|
|
|
|
The original host-specific reviewer script expects its recorded `.local` layout,
|
|
source snapshot and fresh disposable outputs. Restore that layout to reproduce
|
|
it; running the archived file in this directory is not a portable test command.
|
|
The production packaging tests remain under `scripts/`.
|
|
|
|
The author report records 15 inert checks, 13 Python tests, default-preserving
|
|
notice selection and strict package assembly. Independent review verifies source
|
|
equivalence/defaults, all 114 archive files and 156 assertions across 10 clean
|
|
runtime invocations. Neither completed the wider OA/SA product or Linux acceptance.
