# Exact numeric foundation: local execution gate
Codex-956atf `/root`, Windows, 2026-09-11. Source
`7d14bd0dd1cf4a2293c00c185573fd4a7fc364ae` passes **26/26 numeric unit tests**,
zero failed or ignored. The test binary also contains42 unrelated unit tests,
which were filtered out. This is the numeric foundation gate, not schema8 model,
calculation evaluation, source/REST/GUI parity, or release acceptance.
Command: `cargo test --locked -p oa-core --lib analysis_numeric::tests -- --test-threads=1`.
Exit0; warning-free compilation6m25s; test execution0.29s. The task-local toolchain
selects Rust/Cargo1.98.1, Windows GNU/LLVM, LLVM-MinGW20260908 and one Cargo job.
The earlier command without `--lib` was intentionally stopped before running tests
because it compiled unrelated integration executables; that attempt supplies no
numeric test result. Its log remains under `.local/logs/analysis-numeric-first-20260911.log`.
The gate executes independent small-integer arithmetic expectations, complete R7
literal/wire packets, reduced component and wider intermediate boundaries, nominal
quantity and affine-point operations, dimension/power failures, aggregate target
accounting and terminal dynamic/numeric work limits. Source-level review is in
[the independent review](release-analysis-numeric-review-20260911.md); the exact
implementation contract and its provisional limits remain in
[the implementation handoff](release-analysis-numeric-implementation-20260911.md).
Preserved [execution log](experiments/analysis-numeric-gate-20260911/numeric-unit.log)
and [manifest](experiments/analysis-numeric-gate-20260911/manifest.json) record162
source/build/fixture inputs. Every input was compared byte-for-byte with its Git
blob at7d14bd0. The immutable local executable and runtime are retained in
`.local/analysis-numeric-gate-20260911/`; executables are not committed.

Strict core all-target Clippy also passes with exit0: `cargo clippy --locked -p
oa-core --all-targets -- -D warnings`,11m49s, unchanged core/build inputs. Its
[complete log](experiments/analysis-numeric-gate-20260911/core-clippy.log) is preserved
separately from the unit-test manifest. The isolated schema8 worktree starts
from7d14bd0 and must preserve or
rerun this gate when extracting shared pure type operations. Decoder allocation,
bounded resolved identities, actual AST traversal and full-context captures remain
production integration obligations. No approximate engineering profile or model
evaluator is supplied by these numeric unit tests.
