# Prepared package-specific REST check — not executed
|

|
Owner /root/evidence_check, 2026-09-12. Prepared only; root must confirm package extraction and dispatch before execution. No server, socket, store or test run was started during preparation.
|

|
|
The original strict runner and fixture were copied unchanged from `.local/packaged-server-865483b-20260911`. Original runner SHA256 `77425D0020AC0548BB1D2F96187522E102168819E4E1349FF3A136299C07C9CE`; fixture `88008CA881B80DAD77AD0EC25C146646E3A875E2967D8E55925906578E6AA3B3`. Adapted runner SHA256 `A4FC6A2A11BD0C4D11821152E50F7628B7BD265F6B69128BE77F211C165546BC`.

|
`adaptation.diff` is the exact line diff. Changes are limited to requiring the expected extracted package path/server hash/adjacent DLL hash/fixture hash, refusing preexisting run/cwd paths, creating a fresh unrelated cwd, and replacing the old package directory in the process-local restricted PATH. The final126 lines are unchanged, including all25 REST request assertions and owned server stop/restart cleanup. PowerShell AST parsing passed; this is syntax verification only.

|
Execution will create `rest-strict` with a private store/token/logs/responses and use loopback with an OS-selected ephemeral port. PATH is reset immediately before each server launch to Windows system directories and the new package directory only. The probe starts only its pinned server, uses explicit data directory, and stops its own process in finally. Stop-Process is intentional test cleanup, not a graceful-shutdown acceptance claim. Reruns refuse existing output; preserve any failed run before preparing a separately scoped retry.

Expected scope is the existing25-request validation/model/source persistence/restart workflow, with warning-only acceptance, rejected-write atomicity, JSON/text validation parity and complete authored-source comparisons. It does not rerun the separate204-schema suite or claim GUI, remote deployment, Linux or complete service acceptance. Server identity is the unchanged `ABA87A5FB795DEB995029A737C2EBB9D2B44C8D274EDAA2295363B226D9AF6BE`; DLL identity `AA282FA47BB2C4E210CEA5E470CDBDCA58568F0BE0BC73E404D86AB9CD95EF6A`. Execution receipts and independent response/extraction readback remain root-owned future work.
