# Packaged navigation native evidence

See [the trial report](../../release-navigation-prerelease-native-20260911.md). This archive preserves 58 original files (1,689,243 bytes) from the completed root trial. `payload/` contains frozen preparation, unbound drafts, binding, the original failure attribution, the separately reviewed closure helper, receipts, 11 original JPEG captures and their metadata, and one four-source saved checkpoint with oracle output. It excludes executables, ZIP, extracted package, profiles, caches, temporary directories and the duplicate working sources.

The preparation README and manifests describe their historical preparation state; their pending language is intentionally preserved. The final trial receipts and report establish subsequent events. `original-close-observation.json` is an attributed root transcription, not raw stderr. There is no successful original `closed.json`. The separate `closed-readonly.json` records the later process/package observation.

`ORIGINALS.json` records exact source-to-archive byte readback, SHA256 `ef655a81362a661d9ffe0d534b760c6d9b395b5aa05f5b0b4d9194ac645743fa`. `MANIFEST.json` covers all archive files except itself. Run `python verify.py` to read only this archive and check hashes and recorded relationships. It writes nothing, accesses no original workspace or package, and runs no helper, oracle, process query, application, network request or test. Historical helpers are evidence, not portable replay instructions. Git and publication readback belong to the integration owner.
