# Progress Ledger — first release
|
|
|
|
Updated 2026-09-11 by Codex-ytr83r /root. **Release remains incomplete.**
|
|
Current source29084050a7c020e0fb488be37c6e1ab235769cc0 is pushed with exact
|
|
remote readback. Windows cached lifecycle gate83906 passed22/22, terminal0 at
|
|
15:10:20UTC after two minimal Iced type corrections; preceding gate55371 failed101 at14:43:51UTC with17
|
|
occurrences of those two errors. Raw log/status and corrected input hashes are
|
|
preserved. Full desktop all-targets gate76456 passed675/675, terminal0 at
|
|
15:32:41UTC (1166.214seconds total). Actual application build95641 is now running
|
|
serially on the same production inputs. Current native acceptance remains pending.
|
|
|
|
Ubuntu26.04 installation passed and actual WSL2 kernel shells ran. The user's
|
|
latest issue1 comment328 configuration is active: `[wsl2]` with
|
|
`networkingMode=virtioproxy`. Keep root's persistent guest shell93868 open;
|
|
it emitted readiness at14:53:48UTC and reports virtioproxy. Required networking
|
|
checks failed (no default route; ping2, DNS124, HTTPS28). The generated resolver
|
|
target is missing. Follow-up systemd reports running/no failed units, and ext4
|
|
root filesystem is verified. AmneziaWG/host VPN is neither inspected nor changed.
|
|
No additional restart or trace is active. Exact preceding reboot, failed startup,
|
|
mirrored and VirtioProxy outcomes are in the [WSL record](release-wsl-postboot-ytr83r-20260911.md);
|
|
[old reboot instructions](RESUME.md) are history, not a current pause.
|
|
|
|
**Linux is paused by direct user instruction at15:28UTC.** The user will resolve
|
|
networking and explicitly instruct when to resume. Stop Linux setup, downloads,
|
|
builds and checking until that signal. Offline preparation was a workaround;
|
|
networking is still unresolved. The task-prefix Rust command was interrupted and
|
|
the persistent shell returned to its idle prompt. The downloader is stopped;
|
|
11 of76 debs (14,602,928bytes) passed final hashes, with two incomplete partials
|
|
preserved and65 archives remaining. No APT package installation or
|
|
Linux Cargo has run, and no successful Rust installation is claimed.
|
|
|
|
Preserved preparation: all460 locked Cargo archives plus matching sparse metadata,
|
|
five hash-verified native Rust components, three Ubuntu InRelease signatures passed
|
|
with the installed archive key, and six trusted indices imported by isolated APT.
|
|
APT update and exact URI planning both exited0. The plan selects61 new packages,
|
|
15 updates and no removals; it was not installed. The update's generic timeout
|
|
is consistent with the existing PackageKit notification hook, not a signature
|
|
failure; no hook was modified. Root continues Windows/native work. This checkout
|
|
started cleanff615d0; prior-host tests retain their original attribution.
|
|
|
|
## Objective and current source
|
|
|
|
Deliver the full [user goal](../PROJECT_GOAL.md): usable OA/SA engineering,
|
|
equivalent graphical/textual/REST workflows under a precise reST specification,
|
|
constraints/calculations, quantities/units, maintained reusable libraries,
|
|
traceability, offline help and Windows/Linux delivery. Complete small and large
|
|
models must be practical to author entirely in uncluttered text.
|
|
|
|
Root verified and imported three exact bundles. Behavior `c6d296a` is integrated
|
|
at `c81e285`, preserving the latest user-provided goal bytes. Creation `4bb4aaf`
|
|
is integrated at `e207b04` as its single coherent commit; prior workspace `3978bbe`
|
|
and Sensor `d114a27` already have equivalents in behavior ancestry.
|
|

|
|
exact bundle hashes, source overlap and preservation rules. Transport branches
|
|
are delivery containers, not branches to merge into production history.
|
|
|
|
## Current local execution — 2026-09-11
|
|
|
|
Evidence `2ec72d4` is selectively imported at `b853a1e`, including corrected
|
|
creation-oracle v2/native records and constructor-default probes. The complete
|
|
import preflight found 132 new/58 exact/3 reviewed replacement files; local ledgers
|
|
were preserved. The newer project AGENTS release-milestone instruction is imported.
|
|
|
|
Rust1.98.1 gnullvm, LLVM-MinGW20260908/LLVM23.1.1 and Docutils0.22.2 are installed
|
|
under ignored task-local directories. Locked dependency fetch completed despite
|
|
transient network timeouts. Full current core all-targets passed433 tests with
|
|
one explicitly ignored inheritance scaling probe across44 targets, exit0 at
|
|
12:43:53UTC. Total2486.422s, including37m12s first compilation. Exact logs and
|
|
summary are in `harness/experiments/lifecycle-native-ytr83r-20260911/core-gate.*`.
|
|
The separate ignored probe also passed: 250/500/1000-record inheritance chains
|
|
took6.670/19.166/38.063s in this unoptimized, contended run. These timings are not
|
|
optimized/native latency; the bounded scaling diagnosis records a preexisting
|
|
quadratic path and the next controlled measurement.
|
|
Desktop `scenario_lifecycle` was compiling offline under one Cargo job, session93786,
|
|
and was interrupted for the user's reboot; focused/direct-canvas, full/strict,
|
|
server and CLI gates remain pending. Packaging11/11 and
|
|
synthetic Windows notices passed. [Host setup/evidence](release-host-bootstrap-ytr83r-20260911.md).
|
|
|
|
Local B4 rendering implementation owns `behavior.rs`/`scenario_lifecycle` only:
|
|
true visible root/empty-operand lifetime bounds, complete lane rendering,
|
|
selectable/aligned lifecycle markers and activation clipping to definite alive
|
|
intervals. Independent code/spec review is complete; it closed self-caption overlap
|
|
and two minimum-Fit hit-selection counterexamples. Ten real-Scene tests await compilation. The
|
|
12-scenario fixed-ID native oracle compiled and passed self-check/inventory and
|
|
generate/check of baseline/OArename/SArename before any GUI launch. All three
|
|
Projects have64 elements/2 relations;19 expected warnings and zero errors.
|
|
Independent byte review confirms exact one-name changes and unchanged CRLF notes.
|
|
Actual Scene/native acceptance remains pending. B4 source52f6e17 is pushed and
|
|
remote-readback verified. CLI-only01b was independently reviewed and cleanly
|
|
cherry-picked as023e3a8; core tree and registry dependency records are unchanged.
|
|
Root updated language section8.1 and corrected section4.3's existing structural
|
|
ordering contract; independent review resolved the loop-iteration wording.
|
|
|
|
Portable QEMU11.1.0 and the complete pinned Ubuntu image are verified. The image
|
|
has264,372,224 bytes and publisherSHA256
|
|

|
|
Bounded suffix delivery completed within the original hour, with zero retries
|
|
and five overlap comparisons; full-stream failures remain preserved. The normal
|
|
five-minute Q35/UEFI/TCG pilot started13:20:10UTC with one CPU/1536MiB after
|
|
resource checks. It ended13:25:20UTC after the time-limit stop without guest-ready
|
|
evidence; empty serial is inconclusive because firmware/display output was not
|
|
fully observed. No Linux tests passed. The user asked whether rebooting for WSL2
|
|
would help. Fresh WSL status still reports virtualization unavailable and no
|
|
installed distribution; Windows has a pending reboot. No reboot/system change
|
|
was performed. Once WSL2 Ubuntu works, use it for real Linux builds and tests.
|
|

|
|
## Local ownership and next checks
|
|
|
|
Root owns Git integration, source acceptance, serialized Cargo builds, native UI
|
|
input and final release responsibility. Local integration_audit resolves only
|
|
integration docs/attributes and reviews source read-only. Independent local server
|
|
review is recorded in [its report](release-server-independent-ytr83r-20260911.md);
|
|
use that report's exact command/source scope, not an assumed full server pass.
|
|
|
|
Separate hosts retain active ownership: Codex-9e8r6t owns staged prerequisite
|
|
creation/semantic empty-state actions and source CLI; Codex-956atf owns contextual
|
|
reference chooser and analysis/library contract refinement. They are not local
|
|
workers. Confirm coherent published heads through Gitea issue #1 before importing
|
|
their updates; do not duplicate their implementations.
|
|
|
|
The owner clarified issue2 on13:19UTC: consistent direct canvas interaction can
|
|
retain sequence constraints rather than arbitrary movement. Codex-956atf owns
|
|
that shared process/scenario design. B4 and prerequisite forms do not close it.
|
|
|
|
Next: finish the combined-source checkpoint, run appropriate current compilation,
|
|
focused/full desktop and strict checks under one writer, then exercise actual
|
|
Windows creation/scenario/history/recovery tasks with independent whole-model and
|
|
source oracles. Use the imported corrected creation oracle with its explicit Undo origin.
|
|
Continue disjoint semantic/lifecycle/platform work while external slices mature.
|
|
|

## Known remaining gaps
|
|
|
|
- B4 lifecycle production integration is local and not yet accepted. Source now
|
|
implements visible lifetime extents, branch-local activation clipping, complete
|
|
lanes and aligned markers/self messages; runtime verification must establish these.
|
|

- Blank new Process/Scenario first action and missing prerequisite detours are
|
|
addressed by the external staged-source owner; qualified Action allocation is
|
|
a further explicit slice. Chooser production adapters/native acceptance remain open.
|
|
- The corrected creation checker v2 is now imported through2ec72d4. Its explicit
|
|
pre-Undo origin and exact retained-detached-file contract still need execution on
|
|
this host; do not weaken full accepted Project/reachable-source equality.
|
|
- Source constructor-default documentation/probes after4bb and CLI-only01b are
|
|
now imported. Refined analysis/library contracts remain outside this checkout.
|
|
- Calculations, quantity/unit algebra and maintained libraries require coherent
|
|
contracts and complete core/source/API/GUI/reference/deletion/transition/history
|
|
realization. Current metadata and includes are insufficient.
|
|
- Current Linux GUI/service execution, matching optimized packages, complete
|
|
engineering lessons and a fresh independent cross-disciplinary release review remain.
|
|
|
|
## Evidence preservation
|
|
|
|
Full pre-integration ledgers are archived from exact Git blobs under
|
|
[2026-09-11-ytr83r-integration](history/2026-09-11-ytr83r-integration/README.md):
|
|
startingff615d0, behaviorc6d296a and creation4bb4aaf. Both earlier dated host archives
|
|
remain. Old process IDs, writer leases, unfinished runs and proposed next steps in
|
|
those files are historical. Original report links resolve from their former
|
|
`harness/` directory. Meaningful progress is being made through coherent integration;
|
|
neither elapsed effort nor older test totals narrow release criteria.
