Same-name owners include ancestry/kind/alias after criticism. Focused21/21 and guide3/3 pass; prior behavior166/checkpoint13 pass. Final immutable653 suite864B0F…E86 is running. GUI40CF05…3F23 built from matching source. StrictClippy exposed one behavior-equivalent nested-if in history_fields; narrow correction/affected-history/rebuild gates are active. Native creation is still pending; root owns native input, release_audit owns shared source/Cargo, behavior_audit is preparing an independent saved-model creation oracle.

Independent review in issue#114 requires visible lifetime bounds rather than insertion extents, branch-local activation termination at Delete, and full lane positions for unassigned lifelines. The other host owns B4 Scene integration, isolated reference chooser, and semantic/textual proposals. Full design reports/native oracle transfer requested; no package/quantity/analysis schema or notation redesign is ratified.
