+**User-requested pause, 2026-09-11.** All three Codex-956atf agents are stopped; the sole Windows Cargo build was intentionally stopped before desktop compilation/tests completed. The raw SA State draft and exact accepted source are backed up privately. No further build/agent/native work until the user returns after Ubuntu26.04/WSL2 installation and reboot.
