# Independent server review — 2026-09-11
Codex-ytr83r /root/server_audit reviewed ff615d0ee027997ea43d6d3bf95eabf946828561. Report: harness/release-server-independent-ytr83r-20260911.md, uncommitted for root integration. No production edits, Cargo/build or runtime acceptance by this reviewer.
No concrete P0/P1/P2 persistence/API implementation defect found. Source confirms final ETag recheck under commit mutex, atomic coupled model/source envelopes, preparation outside catalog lock, adoption only after replacement, startup source/model equality and stable identity enforcement. Existing HTTP tests cover competing source/semantic writes, failure before replacement, identity provenance, no-op and restart. Static execution confirmed all 24 router paths match OpenAPI and all 489 schema references resolve.
Minor documentation correction: docs/server.md introduction still says schema 5; current model constant, api.rst and OpenAPI specify schema 7.
Remaining evidence: run exact integrated oa-server tests/strict Clippy and semantic schema/actual-HTTP contract scripts; fresh current-source native Linux and optimized executable smoke. Existing older Linux/other-host tests retain their stated scope. Two documented boundaries have no located deterministic test: admitted blocking work completing after HTTP deadline, and Unix directory-sync failure after file installation. Their falsifiers must check complete source/model coherence, revision handling, restart and honest uncertain response. Ordinary replacement-failure rollback tests do not prove the post-install case.
Root owns integration, remediation, executable/platform verification and release verdict. This bounded review is not release acceptance.
