Native report `harness/release-scenario-native-20260911.md` lists remaining nested OA/SA/reopen/cancel/recovery/lifecycle gates. Do not infer them from the root action.

Thirteen mounted chooser tests are included; that implementation is still test-only at this commit.
Current source7 admits a complete40-identity warning-free text-only engineering model. Authored/stabilized/canonical bytes4373/6053/9710; exact identity, refactoring and file-move probes pass. This does not establish large-model source usability or new calculation/library semantics.

SA, recovery/blocked paths, detailed-list navigation, B4 and newer GUI acceptance remain open.

Source7 metadata labels/includes do not satisfy evaluated quantities or maintained libraries.
## Ratified architecture and remaining implementation
Root owns local Cargo/native/integration. Current Gitea issue1 and harness ledgers carry evolving ownership and exact gates. Direct Git push auth is unavailable; authenticated MCP and anonymous verified bundle exchange work without sharing credentials.
Root ratified property-owned bases, explicit ModelBaseline/Case evaluation, effective-case formula dependencies, shared checks, pure parameterized definitions, R6 closed quantity algebra and R7 canonical exact boundaries. Full reproducible freeze captures the entire accepted PortableDocument/source/private definitions/package bytes, not an ambient cache or shallow case. Eleven complete proposed baseline fixtures are transport evidence, not parser/evaluator admission.

Codex-ytr83r owns B4 production Scene rendering, its independent native oracle and Linux route. Root956 owns local workspace/chooser/numeric integration; no duplicate prerelease. Updated AGENTS requires runnable, notice-complete milestone prereleases with explicit limits. Full analysis/library/source/API/GUI parity, current Windows/Linux runtime, complete text-only engineering workflows, distribution and independent end-state gates remain open.
