Graph-view round 3 (owner): gear moved to the far right — its panel drops at the right edge

Row order is now search → import → gear, so the settings panel (which
right-aligns with the gear) opens at the very right edge of the view,
covering less of the graph than when it hung off the middle control.
Pure reorder, no behavior change.
